Kit is a passionate coach who uses a multifaceted approach blending his skills in behavioural psychology and personal development to support clients in improving their well-being and participation in life to regain their autonomy.
Kit has experience working with individuals with a range of difficulties arising from neurodivergence, addiction, trauma, grief, co-dependency and challenges within family or relationship dynamics.
Kit is currently studying MSC Social and Behaviour Psychology at University of Surrey and holds diplomas in:
