Whether the mental health disorder is a secondary outcome of the addiction or eating disorder, or a stand-alone problem in itself, our programme and team promote wellbeing on all levels. Whilst we prioritise recovery, education and relapse prevention, Lions Campus is dedicated to being a fun and nurturing environment for our clients.
For adolescents leaving primary care for addiction, one of the biggest challenges they face is avoiding relapse. In order to prevent this from happening, our programme and staff equip young people with large amounts of recovery capital, life-skills, self-care awareness and coping strategies when faced with triggers and high-risk situations, thereby increasing their chances of sustained long-term recovery.
After primary care, the first year after treatment is critical, where there is a particular risk of relapsing back into their eating disorders occurring as early as 3 months post-treatment. It is therefore beneficial for young people to have 24/7 access to a recovery support network when transitioning back into 'normal' life. We want to help young people regain their confidence, and we do this in creative ways that are enjoyable.
Lions Campus is designed to support young people facing mental health challenges such as eating disorders, addiction, anxiety, depression, and other disorders in a safe, understanding, and age-appropriate environment.
If your child is struggling with these issues and needs a space where they can connect with others their age, Lions Campus offers tailored programmes that focus on their specific needs.
This is assessed as part of a complimentary intake assessment to determine if we are the right fit for the young person. You can always reach out to our team to discuss your child's needs and get more details on how we can help.
Young people have unique mental health needs that can differ from those of adults. Services designed for their age group provide age-appropriate support, understand the challenges they face, and create a safe environment where they feel comfortable sharing.
Yes! We can provide private tuition through our sister company Lionheart Education, or work with another education provider to ensure they stay on track with their studies.
Our holistic, personalised approach ensures every young person receives the individualised support they need to thrive.
