Day Programme

Our Day Programme at Lions Campus offers young people aged 14–25 a structured, supportive environment to grow, learn, and develop essential life skills. Running Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, our day programmes are designed to help participants build confidence, independence, and long-term resilience while balancing their other commitments.

Every participant is unique, so every programme is personalised. Instead of following a fixed schedule, each young person receives a programme tailored to their needs, interests, and goals. Activities are designed across six key areas — physical, social, personal, connective, family, and educational — ensuring holistic development and meaningful progress every day.

Each participant begins with a personalised plan that identifies their strengths, goals, and areas for growth. This ensures that every activity and session is intentional, aligned, and focused on supporting meaningful, lasting progress.

Throughout the day, participants engage in therapeutic groups, educational sessions, physical activities, and life skills development—each designed to nurture confidence, resilience, and independence. Nutritious meals are included, and a 24-hour WhatsApp support line is available for guidance and reassurance whenever needed.

For clients who require a higher level of support, wrap-around coaching is available outside of programme hours, providing continuity of care and practical support in real-world settings. This additional layer ensures that progress made within the programme is reinforced at home, offering families reassurance and participants consistent, personalised guidance from the very start.

In the UK, there is a critical lack of provision for teenagers and young adults who need support with their mental health, recovery, and personal development. We founded Lions Campus to address this gap, creating a residential programme that offers young people a safe, nurturing environment where they can build resilience, rediscover purpose, and prepare for a bright future.

Over time, we have grown our services to include both residential and day programmes, accommodating the diverse needs of young people at different stages of their journey. Together with leading professionals in recovery, mental health, and education, we provide a unique bridge to lasting wellbeing.

    Nourish Body and Mind with Home-Cooked Care Our in-house private chef prepares fresh, nutritious meals daily—creating a comforting home environment while supporting healthy eating habits. Beyond mealtimes, young people can develop life skills through hands-on cooking and baking classes, building confidence and independence in the kitchen.

Each morning begins grounded and intentional. We gather to read from daily reflection literature, setting a mindful tone that carries through the day’s therapeutic work.

    The programme is open to young people aged 14–25 of all genders.

  • How is privacy handled?

    Your privacy is very important to us. Clients’ personal information are treated confidentially, and staff respect each client’s space and boundaries.

  • How long is the programme?

    The minimum programme length is typically 12 weeks.

  • What does the Day Programme include?

    The day programme includes a full group programme, one-to-one case management, meals, holistic activities, a 24/7 support line, and educational and careers guidance delivered through our sister company, Lionheart Education.

  • Are meals provided during the programme?

    Yes, all meals are included, giving participants healthy and balanced options throughout the day.
