Sophia Wybourne

Sophia Wybourne has been a part of Lions Campus since its inception, contributing across many areas of the service. Sophia’s career in adolescent wellbeing began when she worked directly with families and teenagers as a recovery coach and case manager, developing hands-on experience in addiction and mental health. From there, she progressed into designing and running recovery programmes, before stepping into her current role as Managing Director. She blends strategic thinking with a genuine commitment to person-centred support – a balance that defines her approach.
